Who We Are
With CRAFIAN, I harness my love of food, travel, and beauty to create inspired toffees that celebrate my own cultural and culinary curiosity by honoring the traditional, while embracing the unexpected.
Each small batch is created with care, by hand in Chicago, using only premium, real ingredients - local sourced Midwestern butter, sustainably source chocolate, organic cane sugar, pure Madagascar vanilla, and never any known GMOs, artificial flavorings, or preservatives.
I created CRAFIAN to modernize toffee and bring people together. By developing creative flavors that pair beautifully with a coffee, spirit or cocktail, my goal is to deliver a distinct experience meant to be savored and shared.
