Because each batch is hand-made to order, we kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise, it will be worth the wait!
To maintain the best quality, taste, and texture, we recommend storing your sealed toffee in the refrigerator and serving chilled.
If you prefer your toffee at room temperature, please keep it sealed in a cool, dry place (warmth and humidity aren’t good for its texture) and enjoy within 1 week…but it probably won’t last that long!
Because of the temperature-sensitive nature of our toffees and to protect your product's integrity in transit, we operate on two shipping schedules:
Cool Season (November - March)
Orders will be prepared in insulated packaging and shipped with priority delivery, usually 2-3 days depending on the destination.
Warm Season (April-October)
During this time, orders will be packaged with enhanced insulation and cold packs and will ship with 1-2 day delivery to ensure the best quality possible. A warm weather packaging kit charge will be rolled into the flat rate shipping cost during this season.
Please note these seasonal dates are general guidelines, based on typical weather. Depending on long-term forecasts, it may be necessary to alter season dates.
We take great care to prepare your order to withstand its journey to you. However, due to the number of elements out of our control, we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival.
